Reservations & Availability
If you do not see availability online, please call us directly at (519) 943-0063, we may still be able to accommodate you.
Reservation Grace Period
We allow a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you are running late, please call us to let us know, otherwise, your reservation may be released. We kindly ask for the same consideration from our guests, as we are a busy restaurant doing our best to accommodate everyone.
Children & Infants
Please include all members of your party in your reservation, including infants and children.
Note: We do not have highchairs or booster seats, and we do not offer a designated children’s menu. However, we are happy to modify select dishes to accommodate younger guests.
Group Size & Booking Policies
Online reservations can be made for parties of up to 6 guests. For groups of 7 or more, please call the restaurant directly.
We cannot combine separate reservations to form larger parties. Multiple bookings for the same group will not be seated together.
- Our maximum table size is 12 guests.
- For groups larger than 12, please contact our private events team.
Reservation Seating Options (via OpenTable)
- Standard: May include dining room or lounge seating. Preferences can be noted but are not guaranteed.
- High Top: Elevated tables located in the lounge/bar area.
- Bar: Seating at the bar top itself in the lounge.
- Outdoor: Patio seating (weather dependent). In the event of poor weather, indoor seating is not guaranteed.
Corkage Policy
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine. Our corkage fee is $45 per 750ml bottle, with a maximum of two (2) bottles per table.
Celebration Cakes
You may bring your own cake. A plating fee of $4 per guest will apply.
Dining Time Limits
To accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you respect the following dining time limits:
- Up to 4 guests: 2 hours
- 5-8 guests: 2.5 hours
- 9-12 guests: 3 hours
Seating Requests
We will always do our best to honour seating preferences; however, specific seating cannot be guaranteed.
Gratuity for Large Parties
A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to all parties of eight (8) or more.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or significant changes to your reservation. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary needs. While we take food safety very seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, as our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish.
Outside Food & Beverage
Other than wine (subject to corkage) and celebratory cakes (subject to plating fee), outside food or drink is not permitted on the premises.
Noise & Conduct
We ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels and respectful of other diners. Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the premises.
Decorations & Celebrations
While we appreciate you choosing Greystones as your go-to place to celebrate special events, we want to note that minimal, tasteful decorations are welcome. Please ensure they do not interfere with other guests or service flow.
Prohibited items include:
- Glitter or confetti
- Taper candles or candlesticks
- Noisemakers or other disruptive items
